What is the warranty policy?
Warranty Policy
1. Morgan Home Appliances distributed by the sole agent are fully warranted against manufacturing faults for the period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
2. The warranty card is valid only in Malaysia and must be presented together with purchase receipt when servicing is required.
3. Under the following circumstances, service and parts will be chargeable even within the warranty period
a) Failure to present warranty card and purchase receipt.
b) Any alteration made on the warranty card.
c) The damage or defect is caused by misuse, tampering, fire, household pets, abnormal voltage and unauthorized modification or wrong installation. (Installation not carried out as recommended).
d) Corrosion, rusty and stain.
e) No warranty for accessories including burner cap, burner ring, wok stand, hose, filter, lid, knob, tray, fan blade, pot, jug, remote control and light bulb.
4. The warranty does not cover any damage and /or losses, consequential or otherwise, whatsoever and howsoever caused by any manufacturing defects.
5. All faulty parts and material due to manufacturing defect within the warranty period are limited to one free replacement only.
6. Warranty is void for commercial usage.
7. Company will dispose off set at its discretion if set is not collected after 60 days from the date of jobsheet issued.
8. Warranty is not valid unless warranty card is duly completed and send to or registered on-line (www.morgan.my) within 14 days of purchase date.
9. In case of discrepancies, term and condition of warranty will be taken from website shall be apply and prevail.
